The initiative was launched by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in 2023. It aims to enhance women’s participation in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector and empower female graduates to acquire the practical experience needed to enter the labor market. This initiative comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to support young talents and facilitate the transition of graduates from academic life to the professional work environment. In addition, a comprehensive set of training programs is offered during the participation period, including digital skills, life skills, and English language training.
